I'm not a complete noob, coming back to NC after not playing for a while and I got a double-star PE...got 70 dex, looking for some help to max out...someone said I need to LoM and put my points into drones

Would appreciate any help, I got about 300k in credits so I'm covered there...I'm a member of Tangent Tech and completed both the Tangent and CityAdmin epics
