Well, I am a little lost. Laptop problem.
The last two weeks I changed some settings on my nvdia card. Its a builtin card into the laptop, and no overclocked was ever performed. Just the standard bits that come with nvidia's driver. I had 80-90 FPS at all time everywhere in NC. It was bliss: I could PVP properly for once.
I turned the PC on Friday, went away for this weekend and came back tonight. Brought the PC back from hibernate and it hung. Rebooted several times and it hung (after login each time). Hmm. Turned the wifi off, and then rebooted. PC came back.
Started NC, got on average 15 FPS. 5 FPS in P1. 45 FPS facing a wall in my apartment. There are no noticeable processes eating CPU.
Deep sigh.
Are there any nice nvideo logs I could inspect? I am using WXP/SP3.
