Today, I went to update my CC details on my C2P account and noticed that it was locked. After some discussion with C2P we solved the problem and all is well.
Now, here is how it might some of you:
Click2Pay implemented a new policy that locks all C2P payment accounts after six months of inactivity. Last time I checked, I paid for NC twice annually. I discussed this with C2P and he said that it is likely that the account would be locked if one is unlucky and the payment falls on the day the account is locked for inactivity. Since a timer would start from the day of payment then its possible that the account would be locked.
Solution: pay monthly instead of one every six months. CON: 6 credit card transaction charges instead of one. I asked the CSR to pass the comment onto his foremen, and C2P as usually accommodating so something might happen, or not ;P
