I can't seem to get paypal to work and I'm from the USA, so click2pay doesn't quite work either.

What do I do?

So all my pistol chips (old SF and MC5) are now rifle chips... can I get that changed?

You could when the change happened maybe if u can catch a GM in game he might do it. If not try and trade them for pistols ones most spys are rifle anyway these days.
