Sync problems

Since I came back to NC, Ive had some syncing issues.
When I zone. I often get stuck in sync and get me to the logon screen. "Connecting to world client failed" or something.
Or if I stay too long in a zone, I get synced out randomly.

anyone have similar problem? any solution to this ?

My router is set to DMZ to my computor. No problem to any other game.

Got a mate who tried to come back and had the same problem. Most of the time he gets stuck in sync in-game, or a black sync. I couldn't help him, I don't know what keeps happening although I believe this is a router related problem?

it happened a lot for me when i had only 1 gb of ram, now i have 3 gb and seemed to have solved it, but cud seem unrelated though

i had this issue only at this morning (playing around a week), after closing everything i don't need sync issue has gone, and i have 1 gb RAM

i found i had the same problems when i first came back
but believe it or not i installed teh Unex contrebution pack
used the unex launcher to tweek the game some there are
more config options there :D and now i dont fatal much at all
as for the sync bugs i got my first in years last night when
we lost the NC server :P hahaha

EDIT * btw the lappy i play on atm is 1.6ghz P4 chip with a radion gfx card
and ONLY256meg of memory

sounds like a memory issue then. virtual or otherwise. (dunno not that technical. dont shoot me :))
