Okay i have been back in NC for about 2 months now and only just noticed somthing

all my 8 toons look the same facaily same face same no hair is this a bugg or do i need to ticked a GM to help sort this out ??

it was a bug that happened a long time ago...i think with chars transferred from nc1, GM's should be able to fix it, they used to be able to at least. half of my chars are the same way, i just never got it fixed.
