Team fights
1PPU 3DD per team
team wich won a fight get 1point
winner is the team with the most points
1st price: Gold Cup and 1million for each fighter
2nd price:Silver Cup and 500k for each fighter
3rd price:Bronze Cup and 200k for each fighter
Fight Event Rules
Nemesis Lab zone h_13 is from 19.00GMT till the Event end as NON PK zone declared.
at the fights its not allowed to use stealth tools of any class
also all sorts of Kami drones arent allowed to use
zone chat is for event advertising only
( i please you to stay off zone chat so erveryone get infos)
to sign up one runner of each team has to send an ingame email(1!! mail per team) to Garfield !thats the only way to sign up!
the mail should have the following content:
teamplayers charname and class
u will recieve a reply to get sure u signed in
unclaned runner can bring also teams but NO ALT teams
TOMBOLA RULES
for Runner with Law Enforcer ONLY
in front and during the fights of the PvP Event "LE`d" runners are able to buy Tombola coupons.
(max3 per player)
they cost 5k per piece.
every coupon wins!
but there are a few "rare" coupons wich win bigger prices :D
you can win appys vehicles and trophys
after the Fight event you can exchange your coupons by Mr. Tribeholz.
keep any eye on NC-trade chanel for the exact location

Actually what happened was snowcrash warped me into regants bossroom when i had like 40 health lol and i called him an asshole and then he banned me for a day lol

could be hard to kill the ppu in the end...
there are some trees and hills. some people know how to abuse this.
Maybe u should limit the time for fighting. The one who has more players alive at the end wins. Or something like that.

i will talk whit my bro and my old friend. we are only 1 MAX tank, 1 ish PPU (89) and a farl low tank (80-85) so that why i found it hard a bit to get to taht event.
if it was a 2 VS 2 i would be already register for that even. 4 is a bit hard !!!
but promise, we will try to lvl and cap before the fatidic day !!!!

Reinstalled the game files from a retail disk. Downloaded all patches through launcher, but got errors on #147... Currently downloading up to date client from filefront. Will be ingame in about two and a half hours with luck. Anymore teams getting sorted out for this event?
Right im in game, and sorted out. Is this event tommorow gonna go ahead then? it seems there arent too many teams as of yet. Would be very interested in joining/making one if people are interested. Send me a mail/DM on Drakor Trent ingame if your cooking somthing up.

I was trying to fraps it, but then got distracted and was too busy foaming to continue filming for a good while. I have got the first fight from an unfavorable angle and a few minutes of the final fight from a slightly better one, let’s see whether I can put something semi-decent together (no promises though!).
As for the reason of the interruption: Genesis- and G-Force, please help me out, which part of “You are talking to the wrong person” did you not get? Genesis-, I am not on your teamspeak because I do not know you, let alone any login details. You were yelling at the wrong person. G-Force, as far as I know, Vivec is a Dunmer deity in Morrowind, and I don’t know any other Vivecs but him. You, too, were yelling at the wrong person.
Not sure what exactly your problem was, guys, but I am sure it is hard to pronounce. :rolleyes: edit: Other than that: Well fought :) *applauds* /edit
Yes what a great event, thanks for the GM support although some people still couldnt resist pking / sniping / kami droning but i guess you cant stop everyone being a child.
Thanks again to garfield for coming up with the idea / donating prizes etc etc. Well done mate (ps, nice one for supplying Tombola Kitty with the funds to pay out on the bets she was losing i swear sank you and pew were rigging the fights lol they won a mint)
Congratulations to team usa for the win, again Tombola Kitty lost money on them for annoucing Muge as favourite!
Congratulations also to Supernintendo Chalmers for winning the Mega Prize in the LE'd Runners Tombola. I hope you and all the other participants are happy with your prizes and if your not just think what you obtained for 15K !!!

well only at the beginning, but that is so rare to be noticed ^^
thanks again garfield for organising this event ! I'm sorry I couldn't advertise for it sunday afternoon, but I had no electricity at all because of the minityphoon we had in france ... but thank god, it was back in the evening just 15 minutes before the event begun !!

I've still got some suggestions for the next one:
-Make a fucking fence arround the arena. I've seen quite a lot ppl sniping the fighters. (and got kicked for trying to stop them)
-Use a zone where it's easier to enforce the event rules. (People were fighting all over H_13 during the event)
-Use a flat surface for the arena. Even though just a small number of fighters, some vanished in the ground a lot.
-Don t kick me before my fight ever again.
PS: ROFL @ r2k who hacked our OPs during the event and got raped harsh afterwards.
i agree to a certian extent - ie, improvements could have been made however, we learn from our mistakes and im sure the next one will be even better than this one and more fun. The one unfortuante thing is that you will always have silly people trying to interfere with the fighters / spectators, unless the gms can create a 'cage' style arena and make the whole zone ecxept for this cage a no weapon zone like plaza 1. dont know if this is possible but if it is, then thats the only way to stop it. Simply saying no guns allowed wont and doesnt work as some one will always fire a shot perhaps even in jest at someone else and then the pking starts.

im always suggesting an uplink underground for future fighting events.
U have an arena, where u could put fences around it. then you have 2 possibilities to let people watching the fights. because above the arena, there is a second layer...
I think it would be nice to fight there. Its quite a small area, its hard to exploit, the performance is very good (cause its under ground and the walls are not far away) and two GMs can easily hunt those bloody pking bastards.

chenoa offered me as event zone "The Pit" . she knew what will happen :p
but for some reasons i didnt use that place.
players are trying to disrupt an event or later feel unfairly treated.
this will happen always and everywhere.
it should also be emphasized, it is not easy to provide a continuously organized running event .
neither for a player, event host nor a GM.
Some teams disappeared; runner crasht and others have tried to influence the fights from outside .
Such things will happen in the Pit, will occur always no matter where an event will be hosted.
Now I've learned a lot, the next lvl is tangible.
You may be curious what else will come! :D

There are still some runner who start events.... These are guys that wont let nc die. And you try to kick their asses... I think you all should think over your great ideas. You can fight before an event and after such things. But just try to keep your brain on while the event is running.

Laziness. I thought it was a nice idea to have genuine NC music for the video and after some unsuccessful attempts to synchronize the NC theme and one or two other tracks to the footage I simply chose the next best mp3 file of a somewhat fitting length (fwiw, clubmusic2 style2.track1). I am well aware that the video is a disgrace (sorry again, Garfield!), hence, I removed it after a while. Some mistakes are not allowed to be forgotten though, I guess. Oh, and it is woman, thank you very much :p
its a good vid i was just laughin at the music lol. i didnt realize it was an actual track from neocron either haha.
lol, that was the music that used to play int he Fallen Angels HQ in the old DOY pre-rework.
I have all the music on a cd which I sometimes play in the car or at work when we're unloading lorries and stuff.
i'm also interested.. how did you not get framerate lag with the devourer there?
