Password not working, after reinstall

I reinstalled the game and my username and password work to get into my account at the launcher, however when I launch the game and put in my username and password to play it says wrong password. I have tryied it like 10 times, I dont know what could be wrong can anyone help please.

Actually, the correct address for English based account problems would be account@neocron.com.
account@neocron.de (no 's' after accounts ;) ) is the German based email.

well i was just wondering if anyone else had this problem or if anyone had a quick fix to this problem, but thanks for the obvious, i guess alot of new people forget about the support kk offers.
