Issues logging in

Ok basically

I can log on every character of mine apart from my tank

My tank was logout last night at cycrow UG but since then i cant log into him for some reason, all i get is a black screen, cant alt tab, at+F4 or ctrl alt del out of it ?

anyone know what the solution to this problem is ?
