PayPal craps on me every once in a while, suspending service unless I can provide them with some code that even my bank (the largest in the Nordic Countries) can't seem to find.
Now, when I wanted to reactivate my account, it failed because once an account has been established there is no way to change the payment provider. So far nobody has responded when I emailed to KK, so I thought to ask if anyone here has gotten their payment provider successfully changed. I really don't want to create another account.

Does any corp out there need a high-skill pistol/hacker spy?
