suddenly pass dont work?

my account password dont work all of a sudden

had to log in and it said wrong password

went to neocron and sent for new pass but nothing has showed up in my mail

mailed support they havent answered...any one else tried this

- Check twice if you haven't just had num or capslock get into your way.
- Check if you receivced a ticket number from the service mail address ( account@neocron.com in this case)
- Check your spam folders (local AND remote)

If everything is ok have a bit patience, they will get back to work on monday.
If it takes ages (8:00 on thuesday morning is not ages :p ) contact supportwatch.

If you were sharing your pass, the other guy might have decided to fuck you over. Other than that, i have no idea. Check your caps lock and make sure your pass is right. Then again, if you sent for a new, its not the same pass anymore. So wait for the mail to show up or support to reply i guess.
