account info recovery

I haven't been able to play NC for many months and I've forgotten the username and e-mail I used for my main account. What I remember is that my character was a hacker spy named Mister M on the terra server. I put a lot of time into that character and would really like to play again. How can I get recover this information?

They will ask for some information on the account to identify you as the owner. Make sure you have nothing eating up the mails from them (spamfilter) for their reply.
