NEXT and PP NPCs

Are there any NPCs in either NEXT or PP that can be killed with faction symth loss or gain?

Pretty sure that as of some patch, NPC kills no longer effect sympathy. You can dig through the notes on THN yourself if yuo like, can't be bothered right now.

Regardless, the only way to raise foreign faction sympathy these days is to do missions. Nothing else will do. Running very easy recycle missions is the quickest way generally. (all citycom missions now give 1 symp). If you want to raise your own factions symp, there are lots of ways, although doing the epic will get you a hell of a lot.

I think some npc's still affect sympathy. Like the Biotech employees in the Biotech sector.

Yes, the BT ones do. I have shot plenty and my BT sympth is -99. Creeps up rather quickly so I try to remember and kill on each daily.

There's also a couple others that I've experienced, but I can't recall them right now.
