NC population

Have not been on in a while, but was curious of what the average population is currently. Been missing the old NC for a while now and was interested in playin a little more.

Population is pretty decent these days, almost always 11-12% at peak times, 4% ish during non peak hours.

Last time I played, the populations got up to like 15%.
