In short: no.

In long:
The legal form of GmbH is based on juristic persons. Whenever these change a new GmbH base contract has to be made/changed and pubblished in an official paper and database (juristical binding).
It is based a guaranteed sum (made public via the official database/paper) that each company owner has to stand in for on if the company can't anymore i.e. due to bankrupt.

The captital shares can thus only be changed by fix protocol. GmbH ownership changes can't be made in stock exchanges. (Unless you buy the owner, which can also be a company)

GmbH is roughly akin to UK limited companies and as MM says, they do not have shares traded in them.

Reakktor were wholly owned by 10Tacle Studios AG, which is (was) publically traded ont he frankfurt exchange. See http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=T1C.DE for just what happened there.

Now, it's not entirley clear if following the insolvency of 10T if KK are still owned by them, or if they have managed to extricate themselves somehow.
