Tried to start a new account under "Trial PayPal" option.
Filled out info, got message that "This recipient is currently unable to receive money."

How do I start a new account with PayPal? Or is there some other method that is currently working? Trying to avoid PayByCash because they want like $35USD.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i dont think you can make trial accounts atm

Click2Pay is available for use to make new accounts

Mr Blade is right due to the problem with the payment company KK uses new accounts cant be made and so for all the accounts that are allrdy made are FREE! :)
