too many inside jokes, the combat looks crap if you compare it to any new fps, the only thing that makes neocron better is atmosphere and depth of other aspects, none of which is showcased in this movie.

Because obviously the weapons are cheaper to make and a bullet still can kill a human being. So therefore, is plasma really needed?

Power armours are resistant to both plasma (energy) and bullets (force/pierce). So surely its better to use a flamethrower(fire) that the PA has no resistance too? Which is also "old" technology, but probably the best damage type to use.

Actually if you've done the quest and actually read the dialogue, you will know that the AK and barretta are modified versions of the old guns, designed to be able to take far more powerful rounds.
