The Servers are now

Marcury - German Server - 4 Slots For Chars - 10% to 15% at Peak Times
Mars - German Server - 1 Slot For Chars - 1% to 2% at Peak times if ur Lucky
Terra - International - 4 Slots For Chars - 13% to 16% at Peak Times

I think you mixed up the percentages for the Mars and Mercury.

Sedna was the French server for NC2, but if i remember AD (Alchemic Dreams)asked KK to change the name to pandore a few weeks after NC2 launch ;)

The hardcore are left :p around 300 players online in the evenings spread over 2 servers. a few new players every now and again and since they dropped the monthly fee to ONLY €5 ! a lot of old Vets have come back too;)
