all 120% stat artefact Holy Lightning.
condition is 110%/110%
It is a two slot with one slot free for a condition mod later.
I have had sex with it many times.
Also, an artefact Libby (fire modded). (cannot remember the actual stats).
Would like to swap these for some woc discs. I have to collect about 6 of these blighters some how!
