[OT] Mouse dragging not working

As it says on the tin really; my mouse won't drag and drop stuff. It will let me re-size windows, but not collumn widths (windows explorer or any other proggy).

Restart and mouse plug-unplug didn't help.

I sometimes get this problem but It may not work for you, try to end 'explorer.exe' then start the process again after 10 secs
