Just Paid 9.99 Euros

Just got notice that I had paid my usual subscription of 9.99 Euros to Reactor.
I guess it was my stupidity to assume that the new rate would take effect as was expected.

When is the new rate reduction going to take effect?

UPDATE
Because of the Server migration the ticket support system (helpdesk.com/account.com/tech.com) is operating in a restricted capacity. Normal operation will be resumed as soon as the servers become operational once again.
