What is the requirements of the tech level 40 heal tool?


And is it any better than the normal heal tool?

I use it on my tank. Saves my ass a bit, and heals you up alot faster. Definetly a must-have for tanks. I've even got about 5 of them all 5 slots from Riddle, i think :D

Interesting fact - whever you use a nanite tool, you take a very small amount of pierce damage. Presumably to represent that you are being injected. In theory, your nanite heal tool could kill you!
