license fee?

yea so maybe I have to pay this fee only because I havent actually reactivated my account in over a year, but what exactly is this charge for and why do I have to make it? its not like I never paid to upgrade...or didnt I?

I was actually in the process of reactivating until I saw that I have to pay another $14 ontop of the $15.52 for one month.

...prolly coulda done some research, but decided to give everyone something new to reply to.

Aye contact support as suggested above. It maybe the same case as what I came across months ago when I tried to re-activate. It says it is going to charge you for the cost of the game but it doesnt when you get to the final stage.
