its very simple really


download the zip and extract it to a folder inside your:

c:/program files/winamp/skins/

ex:

c:/program files/winamp/skins/sec robot/

then you launch winamp and choose the skin called "sec robot"

that is, you have to have the bmp files and whatever other files there are in the sec robot folder, not in a subfolder of the sec robot.
