When I go to reactivate my account I get the following which as far as I understand it is telling me I have a trial account... which I don't. I have a proper account and have done for the best part of 5 years, or is it 6?!

This never used to do this, it used to be straight forward and now it's misleading. I did swap it over to Paypal last time to reactivate so maybe it's because of now its with Paypal.

I certainly do not want to be billed 24.99 for something I have already paid for, so why is it telling me I will be billed for it? Why is it telling me I have a trial account? What can I do?

Below is what I get informed when I log in and try to reactivate:

Reactivation of a cancelled trial account
Our database shows that you try to reactivate a cancelled trial account.
We will bill you for the game and you will get the remain of 21 days of your included free month. (€24.95)

Please enter your e-mail address
Please make sure that your email is correct! We will send your account password to the given email address!
