You can't mod them to make them show another color, they have the colors they have so you can identify them.

Baby blue = ravager
goblin green = cursed soul

and so on.

I still wanna see the modding of the actual bullet colour, like a blue mod makes the cursed soul blobs blue, or black on dissruptor sends the pulselaser shots black, would be pretty nice.
