Rare code fragment 4 & 5

Anyone know anything about these? They used to be available from the mid and low security logins but the containers in those places don't respawn.

I remember they put some npc's in place to hand out these parts, but I have no idea where they might be. Ive checked all the logins and the data storages inside the bridgelink and havent found them.

Ive done the ferguson mission and I've located parts 1 - 3 from the high security logins, I know parts 6 - 9 drop from the static mobs inside the bridgelink, I just need to locate parts 4 & 5.

Any help here would be appreciated, and if any KK official knows anything about any of this ie: if its bugged or whatnot, I'd love to know so I can stop wasting my time looking. :)

Have you tried the pepper Park logins? I do agree part 4 was low and 5 from the mid login last time i went collecting.
