Implant resists

Where do these come in in the calculation of resists

I know :-

Shields>Armour>CON

But where do they add? Armour or con?

Implant bonus is on con, also malus is to base con

PA bonus is on armour, but the malus is felt on base con :(

The damage received in total is reduced on hitzone due to mitigation factor iirc

Head was 90% of damage
Body was 75% of damage
what is legs?
