Account support problem.

After sending about 5 e-mails over the past 30 days I have yet to get a response for all help requests I have sent, that is 5 requests at least!
I even tried resending the ticket numbers but that was in vain as well.

I can understand support is busy but this is slightly disappointing.

How am I supposed to get support if im being ignored?
My e-mails are well structured and polite and I can't see why all my requests for help have been in vain.

What is there to do?

What type of e-mail address is it that you are using? i.e. Hotmail/Gmail etc It's obvious your e-mails are getting through to atleast the server as you are receiving an automated response, it may be an issue with your mail provider blocking further communication from KK.
