I saw a post some where by nabbl saying tl3 and tl10 heals were balanced to the same amounts. carnage confirmed this also.

So how does this affect each other. am i retarded or does this mean that basically tl10 heals arent as good as tl3 because you can spec more points to over achieve on the tl3 or either is the same as the other or what? can someone explain in simple terms my brain is broken.

basically. which ones better purely for healing ability. i have 1 of each and will be back as rifle again soon :)

for spies psi healing is the way to go as nanite heals are in competition with nani resists.

just spec for tl 10 and try both, tl 3 should heal you more as you get it to better damage %.

aditionaly its a very cheap drop item.

my tl10 heal has 111% damage vs a tl3 with 120% damage, my tl10 was healing for about 1 to 3 more each tick.

Better than the TL16 (I think), and don't add to nanite concentration. Also, lasts 60 seconds as oppose to the 15 or so of nanite heals.

hive if i use nanites then heals dont work. what happens if im nanited up and someone wants to heal me ie in an op fight for example. its not really a moot point at all.

so which ones the best? tl10 or 3. im thinkin of ultimating the tl10 simply cause it doesnt drop.

resist nanites don't stop u getting healed. I use 3 slot tl10 on my spy instead of my 5 slot tl3 works fine.

TL 10 and TL 3 heal are the exact same spell because in some patch KK balanced every item below TL 10 as if it was TL 10. So the TL 3 heal basically is a TL 10 heal. Just easier to get 120% damage and better stats.

Try it, TL 3 works better.
