Advanced Pistols Gap

Everybody and their dog are selling high-tech pistols up to TL65 (the Jordan laser). After that there is nothing, apart from occasional rares put up for sale by veteran constructors. There are smugglers for other weapon types but nobody confesses to having ever seen an advanced pistols smuggler.

Have these been removed from the game: TL68 plasma pistol, TL 71 fusion pistol, TL 74 Raygun pistol and TL 80 ryker napalm?

This guy has the 2 higher plasma pistols at the very bottom of the list in HEW Via Rosso 2:

Why does he have them? Why are they at the very bottom of the list? Who knows.

the best thing you can have as far as a low end high TL pistol goes, is the Tangent pulsar laser pistol, TL93(?) I think this is better than a libby, its not a rare and is like a mini slasher. Contact me in case you need bps

Nah, he doesn't.
There was an NPC in TT HQ who did for a bit. But he never worked very well, and then went, and nothing was ever done to replace him.

Edit: all the weapons asked for in OP are at this smuggler, save the plasma which is both at HEWs and also CA FSM I think.

The TL92 was removed from the game but there are a shit load of BPs and built ones still around, it wont be hard to get your hands on one

I have like 10 Tl92 pistols. ;) All one or two slotters though. :( It's good for lvling though.

I have a full BP library of ALL weapons in game, including the two Tangent pistols no longer purchaseable in game.

TG canyon is probably the place to go but i long since forgot where shit is sold tbh as i got it all to hand :p
