Capping constitution techniques for a PE ?

Hello, I have an all capped pistol PE except the consitution skill. I only have 45 in consitution when the cap is 65. I've tried to get it up at Cyclop Launchers but it hasnt gone up any. Are there any good techniques to raise consitution for a PE like me ? Should I take off my armor or anything like that? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Canyon Cave, poison stacks (and dying there) will get u a lot of con xp

PvP and it'll go up just fine on it's own. One burst from a CS is worth a couple thousand CON XP.

Yes indeed, PvP and the chaos caves are the way to go.

Anywhere that you get damaged at a significant rate.

Back in the day I capped my con at point red.

I capped mine duelling naked in TG canyon with XaNToR and Keithz. :)

a good place for capping constitution as a tank was one of the "basements", for instance point red or ceres or calida village i believe has one too.


The ceres guys and the doom harbinger in those dungeons, have a SOLID force 1 shot at a time rocket launcher.

Go naked, go with a puppy (ppu).


Take 1 hit or 2 then seek cover and heal up.

Some people can just keep taking hits whilst the puppy heals him or her.


Do not use shields, shields seriously downsize the xp gain.


Benefits are:

-Its pure force, so theres no DoT.
-It packs a punch so you get extra experience from getting hit.
-Lots of doors and objects to hide behind whilst healing up.
-Puppies can heal you fast, so you can take the next hit.
-Puppies can resurrect in case you fuck up.


Bad things:

-They hit very hard and if you fuck up, you die, good thing puppies can resurrect you, huh?
-It does take time, but "tank-wank" is not allowed so this is most likely your best legal option.

Thats the best way i capped so con on my PE too but without PPU.
It took some time but much faster then PvPing.

Same way are lunchers in J01 Without armor they hit hard too but the dmg is not so random and you have a GREAT place for hide and heal up (the Bunker)

get shot at by a doombeamer or a malediction while ppu'd, aoe weps use to give shit loads of con XP ( so you can find out for me if they still do as well).
