Used the search function but found nothing on these but, where do you get holovests?

Not been in for a bit but last time I checked, high-tech weapon stores like Fist Weaponry sell them.

Pepper park 3 - vendors directly opposite the GR room up the ramp. They are in the wrong vendor though, its not with the armor vendor, but the tools vendor I think. Check them all and you will find them.
