Why when i started my new guy does the copbots shoot me in V2 and pp1 ?
when i have my le in and no weapon out ???

no they dont. They react to weapons drawn and soullight but not faction.

I think you'll find that's "Napper"!

As for the copbot thing, I have been shot at a couple of times after using my stealth tool but not in view of them , maybe there is a bit of a lag?

Holding a stealth tool out counts as a weapon, as I found out when I was in Techhaven 2 the other day. If you pull the stealth tool out and stealth straight away, then the copbots don't notice.
