I am in NEXT and had 100 loyalty with the faction. I left a clan earlier this evening and became factionless, after I zoned I was in next again with 1 faction loyalty.
Obviously I put a ticket in and waited.. I received an ingame email telling me they could not do anything about it and it was up to me to regain loyalty!
Is this normal? or a bug? If a bug why can't they put what went wrong right? Shame that as of this moment I can't even do rat missions!!
