As we pay for the game they should respond quite fast also.
Says I am in qeue but I bet 100 % it doesn't take over an hour to reply.
They are not that busy.
Since they did ****up my account I think they should solve it fast too.

#1 there are no FUCK UP's in this game only FEATURES ^o0^

very simple thing.first off I had account from NC 1 and transferred it to nc 2.
Now they suddenly want licence fee for it.
and all was payed and account played on for about a year and now it says
I never payed anything for the account O_O

I believe it takes within 24 hours for a reply, and frankly, getting annoyed after one hour is a bit impatient.

I've played quite a few MMOs and tbh NC has a very fast response time, and tbh bud it ent going to solve it any faster by posting this on the forums :rolleyes:
