I would say that a 5 slot all arti creed with 3 ammo mods is quite a rare item indeed, but unnecessary. That being said, its value is completely dependant on the buyer, its very similar to the person trying to find an ARS or Stripper suit. Plus the only things of any real value in game anymore are the rare stuff, by rare, I mean rare like woc discs and the such, not dime a dozen woc weapons or less than 5 slot built "rare weapons" that nobody ever uses because the game is borked.
