Logging into the Game

I attempted to log into the game today and the launcher gave me a message asking that I insert the game disk into the computer. The problem is I downloaded the client and I don't have a game disk. Any suggestions on what to do or will I need to download the client again and then wait hours while the client patches the program?

just to clarify.


At what point does it ask for disk?

Have you fully installed client succesfully and then patched through launch window.
If so doesn't sound like a corrupt DL really, but then never heard of this.....try support@neocron.com

The patches will be in the game folder, if you try a re-install, copy them out before deleting client then paste them back in, save downloading them all again http://neocron.jafc.de/images/smilies/old/smile.gif

This error occurs if the file terraincd.dat is missing in the installation folder. Please PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you the missing file.
