Patches etc?

Any chance of any update on the patch(es) for nc?

I have read the forums plenty but have not seen anything recently about updates and patches and stuff.

Are we having one before xmas or will it be next year. How is the balancing (F6) thing coming as I think if anything puts up the populations again this will. Is there any news on it?

This is not meant as a trolling thread but merely a question posed to the powers that be.
