[OT] Best games for multiplayer LAN-party

Hi guys,

Does anybody know some good multiplayer for a LAN-party which I will be organising in two weeks. The minimum pc-configuration is about 4 years old: PIV (2,6 GHz, 512MB, 64MB Geforce4 Video Card). Does anybody have some suggestions?

RPG: Neverwinter Nights 2 (rulez) / Dungeon Siege (2).
Fun: Soldat
Racing: Grand Prix Legends (just if u and ur friends r real pros in driving and have a analogue joystick/pad/wheel)

Rocket Arena 3, We also played C&C Generals at the last JfL LAN, FEAR has a good multiplayer and we also enjoy some Americas Army. Obv CSS tournament :)

For the FPS part, I used to play a lot of Vietcong (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vietcong_(computer_game)) on simple LAN games, and Day of Defeat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_of_Defeat) when the LAN is connected to the internet.

Starcraft/Warcraft (recent RTS are a bit complicated for a LAN party, unless everyone is addicted to the same game) as RTS,

Colin McRae (or MicroMachines) for driving,

and FIFA (or Pro Evolution Soccer) for the soccer part.

These are a little bit outdated though, but it's guaranteed pleasure.

I wish I had RL friends playing Neocron too, but this has never (though a bunch of people from french community has organised NC meetings in some cybercoffees a couple of years ago) and will never happen :(

AVP2 is a great LAN game as well but only if you make it fun (marines vs aliens or marines vs predator etc.)

Haha, well they only got two legs I think, they look like a drom and an ostrich mixed together. The game is just fabulous (base building mode) in multiplayer and the singleplayer is just... epic... Too bad they never released the second game, hopefully they will in the future.
