I downloaded fraps to try out, but I cant get it to record anything. all the files are blank and soundless.

I copied setting form my mate but that didn't help, reduced the FPS, altered my neocron resolution etc. I have XP prof.

maybe some probs with ure graphic card.

download the latest drivers.

I don't work like that, I just buy a new graphics card...lol kiddin ta will try that in a bit

What do you mean they are blank? What mediaplayer are you trying to open it with? I know I get black screen on frapsed video because I don't have the FRAPS codec (which comes with the install - but wont work for me anyway lol) so I have to use VirtualDub to convert the video. And for the sound, open fraps and see what sound device it is trying to record from.
