Can't reactivate

My subscription expired and I went to reactivate through launcher but it wont let me. When I put in account information it just kind of refreshes page leaving login fields blank, doesn't say login failed blah blah. Happened to anyone else or is this for helpdesk??

it wont let me login through the launcher.

im not actually trying to reactivate , im wanting to loggin to change some details.


my credit card charged. so ive got to resupply a new payment method.

Looks like there was an issue for a little while there. I'm not encountering anything now though. Are you able to get through now?

Yes all sorted now thank you very much, but am slightly pissed that can't remake my old char Nymphette as you cant have 5 consenants in a row, whats up with that??

when i 1st tried to get in without coming on here i told it to reset my password.

it told me it would send a confirmation to my email.

i havent recieved anything well after 3 days.


the rest of my accounts are sorted.
