Hi all,

as i browsed the internet and the pages that are linked in this part of the forum i was wondering, aint there a site that has a complete item database?

ex, all implants of all versions not only v1 versions and rares like the TH.org site?

ex, a list which NPC (+ location) starts a woc mission and shows the reward? (not necessarily with walk through)

if someone is able to bring up usefull (actual) stuff like that i could aswell edit this post for an actual overview.

best regards, thx in advance, Rimm

EDITs following:

pls note for all upcoming links: i try to focus on english pages, however that might not always be possible, i might link a german source if i cannot find an alternative.

High Security Database (http://mib.r-appert.ch/fraktionen/databases.html) MIB clansite

Basic Guide to 2.2 (http://forum.neocron.com/showthread.php?t=138213) taken from Player Guides and Questions, as 'new runners' are often 'returning runners' atm and i found the infos here very useful (hope this isn't refered to as crosslinking)

List of actual Implats (http://www.endeffect-gaming.de/include.php?path=pages/implants.php) Endeffect Gaming clansite

Niddy's just got nowt to do :p.

THN is the best site at the moment, though it's missing some stuff at current (like brain imps).

Just ask ingame and you should get a reply.

lo DJ, i already asked a lot and recognized a lot ppl are keen to help.

then again, it would be asking too much to let someone iterate all actual v3 implants that are aviable in the Biotech HQ =)

We should all pitch in and put all that information into the NC-Wiki...

http://www.techhaven.org/

Is that what you are searching for? or did i completely miss the point? ;)

ty for your replies so far...

@ marsbarz
yes, that would be an idea too, but as far as i can tell from my last visit there the page is kinda locked, u need to mail all the changes to the database to the admin. that's a bit apart from the functionality of a normal wiki.
why not having some infos here, at the games own forum.

@ napalm82
you only partially missed my point =)
i am in fact looking for sites like the one you linked, but for sites as actual/updated as possible.
just compare yourself:
Techhaven.org Brain Implant listing (http://www.techhaven.org/db/implants/brain) vs Endeffect Gaming clan site about implants (http://www.endeffect-gaming.de/include.php?path=pages/implants.php)
TH.org seems slighty outdated/incomplete.

btw, this isn't any form of competition ofc.

NC-Wiki.com is not locked in anyway, apart from making people login to change the pages, this was an attempt to make the site more of a community aspect, and try to stop the "defacing" of the wiki. If something isnt working on the wiki, then please PM me, and please also feel free to add to it!

Ok first things - NC-Wiki - you have to register to submit changes, anonymous edits are not allowed, which is common for most wiki's mainly to keep the spam down. (I'll let James_Finn aka comment on this one, as it's his website.)

THN Listings, I've been swearing for weeks to finish the implant listings but RL hasn't made it easy for.

What you see there is the ones I have done. I'll try and get some time available over the next 3 weeks to complete the rest of them.

Even the EndEffect website is not upto of date (Like when did Neural Advancement v.0.3 become a drop item in NC2? :p and err looks like they copied this page - http://nc2.onlinewelten.com/include.php?file=htmle/items/implantate.html)

hi brammers, nice u stepped by.

no idea if the info is partially wrong. yes both listings seem quite identical.
but pls understand, in my current situation i am not interested in the original publisher, i am just interested in 'as good infos as there can be'.

this is in no way ment offensive or anything. big thanks to everyone that spend his time to set up something useful, like in your case, thx that you have set up TH.org and that you are still working on it.

meh, excuse, i don't wanna start a diskussion about this is mine, this is copied. i don't wanna nag anyone into: get your site updated ffs.

i just wanted to collect more, actual infos/links.

There's a NSkill... I guess you'd call it public domain, Cracker collected most of it... listing of most head imps here (http://www.nskill.co.uk/imp.htm). What you get from this list is JUST the very basic info that NSkill uses: reqs, bonuses and maluses. It's nowhere near as comprehensive as the THN listing in terms of all the info you'll need. I should really do the same for Spiros pack, but anyhow. Here (http://www.nskill.co.uk/imp.htm) is the basic NSkill head imp listing.

Pls feel free to use this however you like, it's very simple HTML that should lend itself to easy reformatting.

Again, just the NSkill listings. All incomplete/missing items from NSkill will be missing/incomplete here.

Hope this doesn't trigger some spam alarm ;)

Bram, I didn't notice that the imps had been updated on the THN site, hence why I made the above post(s). Still, guess these may come in handy if anyone wants them.

No worries, I've only got the Level 2's done last night, and a few Level 3 done last night. Still got most of the level 3's to do.

if someone has an up to date list or can verify that this one is correct, pls let me know.

thx, that one is already really helpful, its not the thread that i looked for, nevertheless important.

i am looking for a thread that lists influence of, ex focussing, influence on construction, on research etc.

if this even exists in the nc forums and if i didn't read that somewhere else.

thx in advance ...

I'm trying to find Dirus NC2.0 skills guide, but I can't find it at the moment, as tradeskilling didn't get touched that much in 2.2

I don't think the Researching formula has changed since NC1, but the factors influencing researching are INT and RES.

For construction it's INT, DEX and CST as mentioned in these recent patch notes (http://forum.neocron.com/showthread.php?t=139450).

Is the NC2 skills guide. Consider that it is likley all wrong now however.
And the one I gave you tells you exactly what focussing does...
