PayByCash User: How do I cancel my account?

I don't see the option through the Neocron Launcher. All I see is an option to add more gametime.

Pay by cash doesn't automatically take money - if you don't add, then your account stops working when the money runs out. Or that's my understanding at least.

Problem is, I have it so that PayByCash is automatically pulling money from my bank account.
