And this weeks noob question is...

How do i reduce the file size of the video clips i record using fraps, i mean 20seconds recording is like 100mb :confused:

It would be nice to make the file just a little bit smaller :p

I use virtual dub to decrease its size, edit it in vegas and save as wmv then. Was usually a good balance between quality and size.
For virtual dub use google, pretty easy to use.

Basically, you either don't use fraps (there are various other programs that record in other codecs) or you rencode afterwards. There's no way to stop FRAPs using its humoungous file format. (be glad you don't have it like I do. for the MOTU videos I end up with 20+ minutes of footage at 1.8 gb/minute. Hence why I can't keep thee sources.
