How do I cancel my account? I'm using PBC

I'll be gone for the summer so I need to cancel my account. I'm in my account options and I'm don't see any option to deactivate my account. I'm using PayByCash. I see an option where I can modify my billing with PayByCash, but then if I click that, I only have the option of choosing how many months I wish to pay for.

There is no cancel on PBC as it is not a recurring payment service, so time is added to your account when you use PBC and then it is cancelled by it's self and will just expire when the game time is up.
