How long should I wait to recieve my new password post request? I've sent an email to account@neocron.com but I just wondered if it was normal for the automated system to take a while?

Have you checked your spam and bulk folders incase it got sent there?

Check your Spam filters etc, Or PM a KK_ guy the ticket number they shud hopefully luk into it :p

Yeah checked spam filters on my hotmail account, nothing nadda zip... got the support ticket though (in my spam box) but no gm response (do they not work saturdays now :P )
