Does Weapon Lore effect Drone Targeting?

Just what the subject says. I am just trying to learn because noob drone can't hit anything even if I am right on top of it! I don't remember putting points in Weapon Lore so I was assuming that is the reason.

The answer then is no.
I've been told that the noob drones are all bugged - run your Mr JOnes mission and use the drone he gives you. Guides for jones missions are availble on the THN (you can use my sig to go directly where you need).
