"Winding Argument" is a rare 'nade, but its made from techs and not WoC.

There is more to HC than pineapple tossers...
Most refer to the quite more common CANNON

Yes, one a rocket launcher. And if you can't find him. Well, damn how can you not find him. I found the guy, and knew what the reward was within 5 minutes of logging in to 2.2 (hint: I logged in in TH).
