Ghange the IMP bonus on Blue Fairy to REC

It would be logical to have a drug that gives RESS and CST to give REC and maybe REP.

There is already a chip that gives imp (Nightspider), no need for 2 that give imp when there isn't any that give REC or REP.

Would make more sense? Agree? Comments?

I suppose it makes sense but a capped player probably wouldn't need it anyway though it'd still be useful to non capped I suppose. I'd like to see a drug that "enhanced" your barter skill instead of giving a bonus. Though a drug that gave a bonus would be nice too.
